Congress: Crossing the Tipping Point with Otto Scharmer

On November 11th we organized the congress 'Crossing the Tipping Point' in the former clandestine church ' De Duif' in Amsterdam. Otto Scharmer, Paul Kloosterboer, Hein Dijksterhuis made with 160 participants a one-day journey along the cliffs and horizons of tranformation and leadership. Expedition to Value: 'Discovering Strategy with Professionals'

On june 7th at 1.45 pm 2011 in the grand hall of the VU (free) University of Amsterdam Paul Kloosterboer will defend his dissertation: Expedition to Value: Discovering Strategy with Professionals.

Based upon six cases from his own and from the CORDES-practice and upon comprehensive literature research he presents a new theory and a tested method for strategic renewal in knowledge intensive organizations.
