In my job, I supervise boards of directors, managers and management teams, especially during a change in course, organization structure and culture. I also mediate in conflicts. Moreover, I’m specialised in setting up and implementing management development and development programmes for management echelons in organizations and for professionals.

I have been an organizational consultant since 1982. I am also a founder of CORDES (1987). I am a Certified Management Consultant and a member of the Order of Organisation Consultants (OOA).
