Project support is a crucial element in ensuring the quality of CORDES’ consultancy and organizational development projects. The conferences, training courses and workshops supervised by CORDES consultants are first prepared by project support, which also maintains daily contact with the organisations that CORDES advises.Project support is at the core, providing perfection in planning meetings, time management, invoicing, office logistics, the layout of reports and presentations, and arranging accommodations. Anticipating activities in the many CORDES consultancy and development projects (there are always about 40 projects running concurrently) is the critical factor for success.
