Developing organisations set stringent requirements on the quality of their managers and mutual cooperation. I support people in developing organizations. I believe that the skill comes in mobilizing the individual strengths and potential of people and teams.
My specific expertise is in personal and organizational development and in managing change processes. Customers have come to appreciate the combination of my expertise, result-orientation, commitment and enthusiasm.

CV
I am a graduate in labour and organizational psychology, a certified management consultant, a member of the Order of Organisation Experts and Advisors (OOA) and a certified RET trainer. My publications include works on ‘partners in learning’. My colleague, Judith Tempel andI were nominated for the Board of Organization Consultancies (ROA) organization consultancy award for 2007. I have also worked in the HR departments of major organizations. I have been a partner/consultant at CORDES since 1997 and Managing Partner since 2008.
Private life: Growing and harvesting
In my garden, I’m fascinated at how the bare earth of winter can be transformed into a beautiful green oasis. We enjoy the fruits and vegetables the garden provides us in return for our hard labour. Our family has discovered the colourful island of Bali for our summer holidays. It´s an ideal mix of art, culture, nature and relaxation. And my oldest son and I have discovered the fascinating world of the sea.
