Cordes in brief
Cordes is an independent agency for management consultancy & development. We advise organizations and individual employees on potential improvements and the best way to achieve them. Founded in 1987 by Rieteke Bakker, the agency started with four employees and has now expanded to 15 enthusiastic professional consultants who are fully aware of the fact that consultancy is a profession. We have accomplished a lot with this professional attitude:
- In 1994, our agency was one of the first consultancy firms in the Netherlands to receive ISO-9001 certification.
- Cordes has been part of the Council of Management Consultants since 2000.
- Cordes consultants publish regularly in the field and on projects from their consultancy practice.
